Part Warranty

All of our appliance parts are original OEM product and backed by 6 months factory warranty ( for major brands only) with some exceptions, brands like Scotsman, U-LINE, LG and others (please feel free to ask before making a purchase). We do require full model and serial information from your appliance to process any warranty claim.

This excludes unnatural "wear & tear", physical damage, and some parts such as water filters and fuses. Defective parts must be exchanged for a new one, they can not be returned for a refund.

We process manufacturer warranties for our customers as a convenience and we are not responsible for any shipping charges for warranty exchanges. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges to send the item(s) back to us.

Warranty Exchange

Please fill out our defective part form if you have a defective part that you purchased from us. The manufacture requires that we get the model and serial number from the appliance in order to complete the exchange process.
