Range Vent Hood Control Module
Bosch offers a variety of products, including those under the Bosch, Thermador, and Gaggenau brands. This replacement part is an electronic circuit board designed for range hoods. A range hood, positioned above the stove, contains a fan to ventilate and circulate air, smoke, and heat generated during cooking. The electronic circuit board manages the primary functions of the range hood.
Before installing this part, ensure the range hood is unplugged or the circuit breaker is turned off. The circuit board is located within the chimney above the motor. Begin by unthreading the four screws securing the circuit board. Once the screws are removed, take off the cover. Align the new circuit board with the old one and reconnect the wires to the correct terminals on the new board. Needle-nose pliers may be helpful for this step. After connecting the wires, transfer the ribbon wire from the old board to the new one. Remove the old circuit board by taking out the screws that hold it in place. Secure the new circuit board by fastening the screws back into their original positions.
This genuine OEM replacement part is compatible with Bosch, Gaggenau, and Thermador range hoods.
