Bosch, Thermador, and Gaggenau include this OEM replacement motor assembly for ovens. This motor powers the oven fan, which helps regulate and maintain the oven's temperature. If your oven is not heating correctly, not turning on, or failing to maintain temperature, the motor assembly may need replacement.
To replace the motor, first, ensure the oven is unplugged. Then, pull the oven away from the wall. Remove the back panel by taking out the mounting screws. Once the panel is off, find the motor housing on the oven's back. Remove the screws securing the housing. Next, locate and remove the screws from the mounting brackets holding the motor. Take out the old motor and install the new one. Finally, reattach the back panel and plug the oven back in.
