To replace the part, first make sure the microwave is disconnected from its power source. Begin by removing the top cover of the microwave. Next, remove the right-side support by unscrewing two screws.
After removing the support, detach the two electrical wires connected to the microswitch. Install the new support and ensure the microswitch, marked by a red button, is positioned correctly. Reconnect the electrical wires and secure the new support firmly in place.
For the left-side support, follow the same steps. However, it's important to note that this side includes two microswitches: one with a green button and another that is similar to the one on the right side.
