Lower Dishrack Assembly for Dishwashers
This product is compatible with various GE brands including Cafe, General Electric, Monogram, Haier, Hotpoint, Profile, Fisher & Paykel, and Sears-Kenmore. It serves as a genuine OEM replacement part specifically designed for GE dishwashers. The kit includes a lower rack and a silverware basket intended to replace units that are either damaged or showing signs of wear. Common issues such as the plastic coating peeling off the rack and basket can lead to rust or damage to dishes during wash cycles.
The replacement effectively addresses several problems:
- Rust marks on dishes
- Missing tines or rows on the rack
- Damage to the silverware basket
- Wheels on the rack being impaired
- Difficulty in sliding the rack
Please note, if the original silverware basket was attached to the front of the rack, the new design does not support this type of mounting. The basket should be placed inside the rack instead.
Additionally, this part is suitable for use in appliances from Hotpoint, RCA, and Kenmore/Sears.
