The griddle measures 15-3/4�� x 8-3/4�� and is reversible, serving as both a ribbed grill and a flat griddle. Its total dimensions are 19-1/2" x 9-1/4". Made from durable chrome-plated steel, it is suitable for cooking various foods such as meats, vegetables, and pancakes. To install, simply slide the griddle into the slots on top of the range cooktop. Clean with non-abrasive pads and dish soap.
