Dishwasher Center Wash Arm Support: Upper Spray Arm Mount
Whirlpool manufactures products under several brands, including Whirlpool, Amana, KitchenAid, Maytag, Jenn-Air, Magic Chef, Roper, and Admiral. They also produce items for Sears-Kenmore and Ikea. The upper spray arm mount has been updated by the manufacturer and no longer needs a clip and screw for installation.
To replace this part, follow these steps:
1. Remove the rack stops from the upper dish rack and pull out the dish rack.
2. Unscrew the screw holding the spray arm in place, take off the spray arm, and slide out the feeding tube.
3. Flip the rack over to remove the mounting bracket from the mount.
4. Snap the new mount into place and reassemble the other components.
