If your laundry appliance shakes, moves, or makes excessive noise, consider using this damper pad kit. It includes three 6" damper pads and two tubes of lubricant. Note that you will also need to order adhesive separately.

The Whirlpool brake assembly is an OEM replacement part designed to control the spinning and stopping of the drum in top-load washing machines. Positioned at the bottom of the machine beneath the drum, it works with the transmission to manage the drum's motion. During the wash cycle, the brake assembly engages to slow and stop the drum when the cycle ends or transitions between wash and spin modes.

This part is compatible with appliances from Maytag, KitchenAid, Jenn-Air, Amana, Magic Chef, Admiral, Norge, Roper, and Kenmore/Sears.
