Additionally, Whirlpool produces items for Sears-Kenmore and Ikea. This OEM replacement part is a control board designed for refrigerators, managing the digital display. If the display is not visible or the buttons are malfunctioning, it may be necessary to replace the control board.

Replacing the control board is straightforward. First, unplug the refrigerator. Next, remove the display board by detaching it from the mounting brackets. After removing the dispenser and display, you can access the old control board. Unscrew it from the refrigerator and disconnect the wire harness and any individual wires, noting their positions. Insert the wires into the correct terminals on the new board, then secure the new board to the refrigerator. Reinstall the dispenser and display board, and restore power to the refrigerator.
