Gas Burner Assembly / Grill Burner for Ranges, Stoves, and Ovens
Whirlpool manufactures a variety of brands including Whirlpool, Amana, KitchenAid, Maytag, Jenn-Air, Magic Chef, Roper, and Admiral. They also produce products for Sears-Kenmore and Ikea.
This OEM part is a cooktop grill burner, essential for igniting the gas flame needed for cooking and heating. If your stove burners fail to produce a flame or do not turn on, it may be time to replace the grill burner. This repair is straightforward.
First, ensure the stove is disconnected from power by either unplugging it or turning off the circuit breaker. Close the shut-off valve on the propane tank. Remove the cooking grate and flame tamer from the damaged burner. Take out the cotter pin from the back of the burner and remove the mounting screws. Lift the burner away from the manifold. Install the new burner by securing it to the manifold with the mounting screws. Reinstall the cotter pin and flame tamer, then restore gas and power to the appliance.
This replacement part is sold individually and is compatible with brands such as Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, Jenn-Air, Amana, Magic Chef, Admiral, Norge, Roper, and Sears/Kenmore.
