Refrigerator/Icemaker Spacer Assembly comes with an emitter. This component is compatible with brands like Whirlpool, Amana, KitchenAid, Maytag, Jenn-Air, Magic Chef, Roper, and Admiral. Whirlpool also manufactures items for Sears-Kenmore and Ikea. The ice maker model WPW10190964 includes both the ice mold and the control unit. It functions by receiving water from the inlet valve, which it then holds in the ice mold until freezing occurs. Once frozen, the machine ejects the ice automatically and refills with water, repeating the cycle until the storage bin reaches capacity.
